Hello, I'm Katherine, and I'm from Canada (as it seems everyone on this site is). I've thought about involving myself online a bit more for some time now, but with the instabilty of the major social media platforms -- not to mention their far from agreeable practices -- I figured that it would be best to simply make my own website to host the things that matter to me. I'll generally be treating the site as a means to self-publish my essays, although I may just write about some of the other stuff I like; maybe share some neat art I find, or something. This considered, don't be suprised if I abandon this site at some point; I have a bad habit of involving myself in things like this, only to lose intrest in a week or so (my Tau models are weeping as I write this).
